The best part about this software is its simplicity to use. I can easily see my schedule for each day of next week, as well as all upcoming work days/weeks/months in advance. This program also has an excellent customer support team available should you have any questions or problems with your account once set up. Sometimes when I am looking at one calendar view and scroll down to another it will show me that other calendars are open if they haven't been closed out yet. If this occurs then i would close them out again so I wouldn’t be confused by seeing two different views of same information. Try using this application first hand before making decisions on switching over from other applications. For most situations this allows me time to plan ahead without having to constantly interrupt my current task. It helps keep track of who works on.
