Being able to combine all our different customer data systems into one place. Having the ability to see all customer data in one place enables all of our customer teams to see what is going on with their customers. What's not to like? Would like to be able to see all customer data in one place so when a customer is in the office they see everything they need to do with them. The ease of use and the flexibility in terms of integration with other systems. There are many connectors available which can be used to connect to third party applications. It is also possible to integrate with third party applications through APIs. I have not found any specific dislike about it. We are using this product as a data warehouse and we are able to do data analysis and provide insights to our customers.
