I was hesitant to buy this but it helped a lot. Usage tips: 1. First, I check the work I'm doing with a corded dremel.2. Once this is completed I will be working with this engraver again. The work I do is quite precise and difficult because it is soft plastic. This makes him temperamental when in contact with heat. For example, a corded Dremel will create bubbles in the plastic if I'm not very careful. With this tool as an accessory, I can get back to this work and iron out these problems. I see some complaints about it "scratching" rather than engraving. I would not say, that that is exactly the case. Engraving takes a little longer, and that definitely eats up batteries. However, this is not entirely unexpected. More wireless things have terrible battery life. It's more than just a job. Use this for fine work where you want a softer touch and it will work great. If you're going to be doing longer engravings at high power, I'd still suggest getting this as a 'finishing touch' accessory. Very surprised by its quality. Much better done than I expected.
