Good Robot, Great Customer Service
I bought this for my daughter as Christmas present because she had been asking for a robot. She likes it very much. Unfortunately, we lost the USB charger for it, so I contacted customer service for specs to source a new one. They were amazing - responded right away and told me they'd send me a new robot because they don't sell the charger separately and don't want a separate charger to accidentally damage the robot. That's great customer service, I'm very impressed.
