Product Not The Same
I've purchased the Seriously Soothing Cleansing Cream from other retailers in the past, but this time ordered off ebay and it was definitely not the same formula. Consistency was different- almost watery, and the smell was very different. I still had the tube that had just run out, so I compared and even the verbiage on the front of the tube and the tone of pink was not the same. I contacted ebay and requested a refund. Very disappointed. I don't normally purchase beauty products on ebay but this experience will ensure I absolutely will not again.
