My husband and I use blue light blocking glasses when we work on the computer or watch TV in the evenings. It really helped us fall asleep earlier and reduced headaches. I was so happy to find them for the kids. My son loves them and they hold up well. They distort the color a bit because they are a darker shade, but that doesn't bother my son. They also helped a lot, now he falls asleep faster while I get him to wear them in the evenings. I can tell the difference on the nights he's not wearing them.
