Great implementation and good customer services
The UI is very user friendly, it's easy to use even for new users without any technical expertise or prior experience in ERP systems.The support from Vodacom was excellent! They were always available when we needed them but never pushy at all. Their responsiveness has been great so far as well - they have been able to solve our problems within hours (or minutes) after we had contacted their service desk via phone. We are using this product for two years now with some customisations made by us. There is nothing negative that I can mention about this software/service. If you want an integrated system which will help you manage everything related to human resources then WebERP4 would be one option worth considering. Benefits include centralised management & tracking of employee information, payrolls etc. Also, integration between different departments such as finance, accounting.
- Good overall solution provided; complete functionality required including managing personnel files ,payroll processing.etc..Allows various departmental activities like financial functions.employee records.HRMS..to work together seamlessly across organisations.....Very good application used both internationally / locally
