I'm not a cable expert but I know it's low quality when I see it. I did not find this cable inferior or cheap. And I don't know if that was the best price for something like that. But it worked great for my needs. I used it for work where I needed a huge length of cable and it transmitted the signal very strongly and quickly. Cable ends are strong. I did not purchase this cable for a permanent installation. I'm sure it would be good for something like that, or even underground I think. But I bought it to use and reuse when I need a long video streaming cable. So far, so good.
