DISAPPOINTED

My daughter needed her for school and it was difficult for me to find her around town. I saw them online and after reading some of the reviews I ordered them because they are guaranteed to be delivered the day before school. When they arrived I tried them on straight away but they were quite tight and it was difficult for them to put them on. Once they were on her feet I ran them around to see how they fit. I could tell she was uncomfortable. I just thought they needed to be rolled up. When we arrived at school, she began to limp and complained of aching legs. I told her I would find her another match somewhere else. When she came home after a failed attempt, I forced her to undress her, which she already did. She had a small scratch on her heel. I lifted the lid and noticed that there was a very thick piece of padding in the trunk. I took it off my shoes and replaced the valve. I immediately noticed a big difference. She said they were comfortable and now she wears them with no discomfort. I thought I'd go up a half size but they run really small. My only complaint at the moment is that they scratch so easily. The color rubs off so easily. Since then they have turned yellow. I have to find her another pair because these look awful. My niece's Payless shoes lasted better.
