My daughter was happy about it and loves them. I will order from them again just for the customer service. Thanks!--ORIGINAL REVIEW: I never write reviews but this one blew my mind. I'm being generous with 2 stars. My daughter LOOOOOOVED these slippers. To be fair they look adorable and are super warm too. However, they broke after 45 minutes of wear, most of it while she was sitting eating dinner! The finishing is so bad, the stitches just went off on the border between the shoe and the sole. My daughter was so disappointed when she heard I was going to return them that she immediately started crying (she's 3 years old). It broke my heart to take them away so instead I had to stitch them myself, a brand new product I had JUST received in the mail an hour earlier. Don't waste your money on these ones, as look as they seem they won't last long.
