Perfect, just what I wanted. Durable cables mean I am less concerned about cable damage when charging and using my device at the same time. Plus, the extra cord length means I don't always have to worry about how far away an outlet is when I need to charge. Update: after about 6 months the cord wouldn't go into the socket properly anymore, it would fall out if I didn't put it in place manually. Then, after about 8 months, the cable stopped working; the cable stopped working. I had to find my original (short) Samsung cables. Save money if you're looking for a long-term solution with the short cable that comes with your Samsung device.
