This is my third BookBook case from Twelve South so I obviously like the way it looks. I'm generally happy with the functionality. But the zippers on the first two failed after just a few months, one after the other; I ended up continuing to use the cases until both the zippers on each stopped working. On this latest iteration. I find the "articulated" straps on the inside odd and uncomfortable because they literally block the USB ports. I literally have to move the straps with one hand while plugging in the USB port with the other. I liked the previous model better, with straps on top. All in all, I really hope the manufacturer comes up with a better zipper; The zippers on this new model don't seem to last longer than the zippers on the previous two. For the price it would be nice to have a stronger zip; The bag is basically useless if both zippers are broken.
