Not very happy with this product. I bought it after trying soft wax. For some reason the mines only get liquidity. Even after lying there for several hours, it did not harden in the wax heater. I ended up buying wax strips. Since I've already invested in this wax, I'll finish it! I apply the wax to the skin and then sweep it over, rub it in for a few seconds and take it off. It will still leave bits of wax, when I finished the wax was all over it. I then decided to apply the watery wax directly to the strip with a wax stick and apply directly to the skin. It seemed to speed up the process. However, it is not waxing when I have to do all this. This is not a very good product although after using it you will have no hair.
