I needed a dress for a formal event. I shopped until I looked in stores and online. I have this dress in aubergine. It was comfortable to wear, just the right amount of jewelry and air conditioning. I've never had a problem getting glitter all over the place. Since it is tea length, I could wear it for other purposes than just once when I buy a long dress. When I found this at Revain I thought of two dresses in the same style but decided to go for it anyway. I remember how well it fit in my suitcase and didn't wrinkle. There are so many dresses that need to be dry cleaned and this dress I just put in a laundry bag, do a gentle cycle and hang dry. How much easier could it be. I can add that my eggplant dress is a few seasons old and looks brand new! I love Alex Evenings clothes! Thanks for the great dress. I would like to add that this dress is "tee length". It will likely take longer.
