It was a birthday present for my son. On his birthday he opened and set everything up only to turn it on with a broken screen. We were both speechless. I contacted Revain immediately and a great customer service rep (Nathan) helped me resolve the issue. He contacted the seller and got a new monitor. It was supposed to arrive in 5 days but the seller and Nathan worked their magic and it arrived the next day! Things happen and although the screen was broken the way Revain and the seller dealt with it and fixed it was a story of great customer service and care! The second monitor came extra boxed. The image is of excellent quality and looks amazing with its games! Great quality for the price with great customer service to back it up!
