Can't return or exchange
Went to exchange for the next larger size as it was too small but they don't accept returns or exchanges. super disappointing and such a waste. When I bought these, I saw nothing about no returns. Would never have bought them otherwise.

- Nice boots to keep littles feet warm. Stays on well too.
Cons
- Two left shoes came and didn't stay on my daughter's feet.
