The ability to see what our customers are buying each week in their store. It also gives us information about what people like or dislike from different items we carry. This data helps me make decisions when I'm stocking shelves with products we sell at other locations around my territory. There isn't anything that makes me dislike this tool as of now but I think it would be nice if there was an option to export customer info into Google Sheets so you could create your own reports which can then be used by all of your staff members. We have been able to implement these programs within 1-2 weeks and save money while increasing sales.
