This is the second pair of these headphones that I have owned. The first stopped transmitting if I didn't hold the wire at just the right angle over my head. Now, immediately after receiving the second pair, the sound is only coming from one side of the kit. I tried it on multiple people and multiple computers to make sure my hearing problems weren't just unilateral - no - they were broken. Unfortunately I missed the 'Send Return By' date because I was in quarantine for the flu and couldn't reach the post office and now I'm stuck paying for useless broken headphones. Be careful before buying. They may be available but they are NOT reliable!
