Great easy and affordable solution which enables clients contact us
The most important thing is that I can send emails to my customers without having them login into our system - it's just an email! They don't have to download any software or anything like this as they are already logged onto Outlook etc so all we need from there point of view is for someone at hubub (or whoever) sends me back confirmation via text message saying "this has been sent". It would be great if you could also add some sort of notification when your customer replies but other than those two things everything else works perfectly well.

- Easy, intuitive interface
- Really quick responses by support team in case something goes wrong.
- Reliable delivery/tracking with no issues ever seen since starting use about 5 years ago)
- You do not require users logon details before sending newsletters out which means anyone who receives one will get notified regardless whether their inbox contains spam mail too
