I really liked this product, but I can't recommend it based on my experience. I checked out the tutorial video which you should watch twice to make sure I understand how to use the product as I've never waxed at home before. After 3 sections of hair the wax got sticky like they said so I did what the video said and took a new hard piece of wax and went diagonally to try and get the sticky wax off. It just got bigger and tightened the skin because it was sticky. After collecting and unsuccessfully pulling the wax for about 10 minutes, I discarded the product and washed it off with warm water. In my opinion, this is not a product for beginners. I'm sure if you waxed at home before you could figure it out, but I just couldn't get it to work and was making a huge mess everywhere. I threw it away.
