This is a really nice case and the foam coverall offers good protection. However, it is clear that the manufacturer took the older generation iPad as a design source because the screen notch is too small for five lenses/flashlights/filters (on 2018 and newer iPads). The housing blocks most lenses. As a result, the camera, video, face recognition, and FaceTime features do not work properly on iPad. Essentially, you have to remove this part of the case from the iPad for them to work; which is impractical and defeats the purpose. Separately, the 2018 and 2020 professional iPads support the Apple Pencil, but in this case there is no place to store and charge the Apple Pencil. Due to the height of the case, the power and volume buttons are a bit difficult to access, the volume and power buttons respectively. The opening on the back of the case is designed for the 2020 version of the iPad Pro, not the 2018 version. It works with the 2018 version, but the 2020 version's camera setup is larger, so the opening exposes more of the back of the iPad. There doesn't seem to be a huge range of child resistant cases for 11" iPad Pro models, so I was hopeful when I ordered these. The wings work very well as a stand and the body details match the images in the product description. However, it is the case not quite compatible with 2018. 11" iPad Pro as advertised. My daughter uses the camera/video functions quite often for a variety of purposes and as she cannot access these functions properly we will be returning a case and find one that allows full use of the iPad's capabilities. Hope this review helps. .
