Bought the medium for my 80 lb lab. He has to wear the device for several weeks to keep his ears from shaking to treat the hematoma. This is a good alternative for a few hours a day, giving him a little break from the uncomfortable medical device while keeping his ears stable while headbanging. He seemed to enjoy it very much and fell asleep immediately after I put it on.
