Microphone is good, especially for the price. My son uses it for personal song recordings. The stand slipped after installation due to the sliding pad on the base coming off. This was easily fixed with the 3M alternative I had. The base of the air cleaner screen will bend easily if overtightened, so use care when installing. Although the picture shows it attaches easily to the microphone boom arm, it actually doesn't fit very well and attaches better to a cylindrical piece. However, for home use, the microphone is very functional. One thing I didn't know is which is better to use with phantom power, which I also bought after not being able to get the mic to work separately on a computer or iPad due to insufficient power. The Neewer 48V power supply is cheap and solved the problem.
