I can honestly say after buying two of these and having problems straight away that maybe it's just not worth it. Isn't it too hard to ask someone to do their job? Answer a phone call or email? I contacted this company in February about an issue that came up with BOTH devices as soon as they were received. We're told they've never heard of it, so it should be fine, but if you CANNOT download the system update on day one, that's a PROBLEM, confirmed by Samsung themselves. Another problem is the fact that the charger does not sit flush with the item. It can be plugged in, but you can't fully insert it into the device. And please look at the picture and tell me how it turned out? There should be NO gaps in these devices, no matter what they had to do to "fix" them, and I certainly shouldn't see any information on this device from anyone who owned this in Russia. So apparently I'm in the circus because the hoops I had to jump through are ridiculous. Previously, I had to pay for refills, cancel the two-year warranty on both, and make an unnecessary trip to the USPS.
