DOES NOT WORK AS A CTO
This would be a CTO (Orange Color Temperature) filter if it actually met the above statement and reduced the light by 2300 degrees Kelvin. This would make 5500 degrees of light (daylight) look like 3200 (tungsten). Instead, the light was reduced from 6000k to 2000, almost TWICE the requirement. I'm installing some LED lights in my living room and the very cool 6000k lights look harsh and are bad for the circadian rhythm. Now I have a room with a very red-orange glow. I would send them back but they are already cut.
