The product photo shows a very simple 1&1/2 inch brown strap that is easy to wrap around and secure with a hook and loop. The strap of the resulting product is approximately 3 inches long. These are intricate pieces of fabric that need to be tucked in and then require the end of the strap to be threaded through a very thin slot. My sister in law had a stroke and can't use her right hand so doing it with one hand on her right foot was a hassle that took over 10 minutes. She puts it on and it fits and feels efficient and comfortable, but the overly complicated strap means she probably won't wear it all the time.
