The material is sheer, but you can tell that from the light coming through in the photos. It’s not going to be warm, so if that’s what you’re looking for, keep looking. It is a beautiful blouse, but I ordered up a size and I’m glad I did. And I ordered the gray snake print and it’s not gray at all, it’s a mauve- purple on a white background. From a distance you don’t see the purple though. Basically, I’m keeping it because I still think it’s the best color and size choice (2X) for me and for the price, I think it’s alright.
