The long-awaited "Watch Dogs" finally got under way, and I knew it was time to upgrade my computer's hardware. The old man turned five the other day; he's been a master at game manipulation, but his time is running out. The FX 6300 was selected because of its low cost (3700), high performance (6 cores at 3500 MHz), and positive evaluations. While such a strong CPU is unnecessary for browsing the web and editing documents, it comes into its own for playing games. The slideshow-like "Watch Dogs" has evolved into an exciting journey with lavish explosions and stunning visuals. "Battlefield 4" no longer uses 100% of the CPU and has stopped lagging. I really want "GTA V" to be amazing. I didn't even bother taking readings because I wasn't concerned with the temperature. There is a decent cooler in the system unit and its side wall is open. The old CPU never became too hot to use. Similar heat dissipation (95 W) means I don't anticipate any issues with this model. He passed the most rigorous exam with honor, playing "Watch Dogs" for 10 hours straight.
