Although many people have expressed concern, it is highly unlikely that the signal has been lost. 1. Do not install the receiver near WiFi equipment or antennas because they use the same frequency and will cause interference with each other if they are installed too close together. Every gadget that operates at 2.4 GHz is susceptible to the same issue (mice, keyboards, headsets, etc). 2. Do not insert the receiver into a desktop or laptop computer; instead, use the USB extension cable that is included in the package. As a result of the delays, I came dangerously close to slamming this joystick into the wall. On the Logitech forum, I came across some suggestions that suggested putting the receiver on a USB extension wire. And fact, by moving it a half meter away from the computer (in my instance, I positioned the receiver beneath the screen), I was able to fully eliminate the issues with delays!
