"Pill " trays best in my review
Sturdy will have to be determined with more time. The trays appear as sturdy as many I've seen, but the flap keeps breaking off with wear and tear on any of them. Travelling should be good as they are compact and "round" vs a long "row" of trays for the week. It depends on how you are going to "pack" them.I feel they would be much easier to fill if the day of the week was PRINTED ON BOTH SIDES OF THE FLAP. When all the flaps are open for filling each tray, it is more tedious as the day of the week is only on the top part of the flap.
