This stuff is great, I highly recommend it. But dirty!
I have used this charcoal for a number of purposes: Teeth: A++ Face Cleansing: A+ Mixed with water and lemon for tummy issues: Works exceptionally well for all of them. BUT little coal dust gets everywhere! So allow a few extra minutes for cleaning when you use it. - Perform an additional rinse when using on the teeth. Charcoal can get into the gum line. Bad looks. - If you use it for stomach problems and if you take dietary supplements or medicines, it may alter the effects as it is a detoxifying agent. So maybe give it an hour or so before drinking.
- BEETLE BITES / WOUNDS - Effectively relieves pain, itching and swelling after insect stings or bites. Also helps absorb toxins and liquids to speed up the healing process of wounds
