It's simple for our clients. They do not have access or any technical skills when they want an easy way of managing their own news feed with no coding needed! The price - we can't complain about this as well but I believe there are some lower cost options out here like Tweetdeck if your business has limited budgeting power (and still wants all features). But so far everything seems great from my experience using SMW in 3 different companies. Also very helpful with customer support which makes me feel extra confident working together with them every time i use smw tool. We've just released new feature called "Responsive" where users will be able get notifications whenever someone likes/comments one of their post via mobile device-friendly version of web app instead of desktop only notification page available before. This helps us gain more engagement by giving people another option while browsing through multiple pages at once during work hours etc.- even though its sometimes hard to stay focused after.
