You know those cheap dog collars that don't hold their adjustment and have a plastic buckle that keeps slipping, causing the collar to grow bigger and bigger until it's hanging off your neck Dog? Unfortunately this is one of them. It's very pretty and cute on my dog, but in the days leading up to Valentine's Day when she wore it, I kept putting it on to keep it from falling off. I probably won't give it back to her.
