We bought these hats for our daughter's preschool class to collect for her birthday party. The night before, my husband and I assembled our hats, attached a rubber band and attached pom poms to the top of each hat. So the children only had to decorate their hats. Super stretchy, it's hard to get it out of the paper and then even harder to take your finger off the hat to glue it to the hat. The pom poms don't stick to it either. In the end we threw away the stickers and got out the glue gun. Do this and be sure you don't mess around with gel stickers only to fail them anyway. The children really liked the decoration of the hats. It took cute photos and they all loved wearing hats.
