Very fun, requires assembly

I got this for my 3 year old's birthday. I spent the night assembling them, tying the ropes and duct-taping the pom poms, which took longer than I expected. The kids loved it and loved choosing their favorite color. I had each child choose the eyes and mouth they wanted when they arrived at the party and had to help dress them up and then the children had to walk around in them for the rest of the party. All in all, a win if you're ok with putting them together for younger kids.

This is a good buy. Have fun.

These party hats are great. Good material, bright and cheerful. I bought them for a 5 year party. I gathered the hats together and taped the baubles to them - this part takes the most skill and time. Children decorated their hats with eyes, pins and stickers. The laces above the chin are long and need to be adjusted for each child. I taped the cord in place after it got the right length so they wouldn't slip the cord. Then they could walk around with a hat. Lots of laughs and pictures.

It's such a creative activity, more than just wearing baby hats!

It was my 65th birthday when I ordered this set of party hats. I have the same birthday as my 2 year old grandson and I thought it would be interesting for him to put party hats on my four little dogs, take pictures of them and send them to him. My best friend and I decided to put these hats together for a birthday. I really enjoyed decorating them with eyes, ears, noses etc. It was a lot of fun for both of us and I'm sure my grandson will enjoy it too!

Fun concept but it didn't work

I was very happy to order this for my son's 4th birthday. He LOVES party hats so I figured custom hats would be a hit. Unfortunately it just didn't work. The pompoms did not remain attached to the top of the hat. We only made 5 hats and ended up using most of the stickers, if we tried to make all 12 we would run out. Also the stickers (which my son was able to make by himself) were not cut out correctly (see photo). So we couldn't even add actual mouths and decorations. In general, I just got…

It's not going as fast as we thought.

We bought these hats for our daughter's preschool class to collect for her birthday party.
