Item arrived ready to use. The tools provided are of cheap quality but do the job. The material must be perfectly centered or it will vibrate and loosen. (Luckily I found some bed frame clips and it helped a lot.) Overall I like it, good for little knick-knacks and such!. ***Make sure you have a dust mask**
