They have been great, our IT department loves them. I have asked several times if they would look into it, and every time they've said they will get back to me. That has never happened. I don't want to be annoying, but I'm concerned about my data, so I would appreciate a call or email to see how things are going. I have been trying to reach someone at HGST since December, and still haven't gotten anything. This is a big issue for us. If you don't respond within 3 days, I'll escalate the issue to another vendor.
