The first thing I liked was the price. I wanted to buy wipers at an average price. Not cheap where I expect them to be rubbish, but not expensive where I would waste a lot of time and money if they didn't work. You were perfect. There were no extra parts or adapters for different wipers. Simply pull out the part on the wipers, thread the hooked wiper rod through this part, then pull out (hook the wipers) and slide the pulled out part back to lock the wipers. They went very easy and fast. I would say 5 seconds to remove old wipers and 10 seconds to install new ones. They look good and work perfectly after a rain. Oh, and don't forget to remove the plastic strip covering the wiper blade. I have a 14 foot Jeep Patriot and this is my first wiper replacement.
