The tool is very intuitive for employees who are new with it as well has experienced users have no issues at all using this software! I personally love how easy they made everything from creating an account up until reporting one's own incident or problem within their organization (if needed). If you're looking into solving your business needs regarding tracking employment history records/records such that there isn't anything missing out-of sight then definitely look more deeper about what exactly will be provided by them when taking services under consideration!! It tracks my whole entire Employment History record which includes information like last day worked along side dates etc., so i know if something happens later down the road where someone else could possibly mess around with those details - not only would our team instantly notice but also can take immediate action right away too without having us first go through step 1 before being able resolve things further upon finding discrepancies between data sets we had previously been.
