As a beautician I have used quite a few waxes for both personal use and clients. I have to say this is by far the worst wax I have ever used. I gave it about 4 tries before calling it quits. Wax doesn't even remove half of the hair. It comes off, leaving marks and causing irritation. This isn't my first rodeo, and no matter what tricks I tried to get the wax to work, nothing worked. I admit that the heating pad is the best thing in this set. It does a great job of not overheating the wax and doesn't take long to melt the beans (the other beans I bought, not those crappy beans from the kit). Spray before and after spraying - pore-clogging nightmares with mineral oil. Protect yourself from acne and use coconut oil enriched with tea tree and lavender. The sticks were coated with something shiny which made it difficult to apply the wax. I do not recommend it and will not buy it again.
