For those of us who still use cartridges, this is a neat little machine. The best thing about this particular device is the dial to slow down or speed up playback. Ideal for listening to audio books this way as books are read a little faster. On the other hand, I miss such attention. Only 1 minus. . . not heavily built. Short fall and plastic parts break and fly. I understand my guilt, but without me. Very minor in the scheme of things as it works well and as advertised.
