Review on VTech Explore Crawl Learning Cub by Dinero Bentz

I ordered this for Christmas for my daughter who was 10 months at the time and she was so excited to get it for her on Christmas morning when she opened it up and tried to crawl. The damn bear was defective and didn't crawl, I was so upset. And so did she because she wanted it and he didn't squeak or crawl. Revane gave me a full refund because they were sold out and it was Christmas but no refund for that burden of mine to buy it and cook it for a whole month and not work on Christmas morning. They should have sent me a new bear and refunded my money. Extra check out of the rain considering I waited a whole month and it ended up defective and ruining my daughter's Christmas morning
