If you are looking for a fan that blows cold air at you, then this is not the one. It only circulates at the air temperature you are currently in. So when you have 100 degree weather, it just blows hot air in your face. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because it fits comfortably around the neck, has a pretty good fan, and a good battery. I think I was looking for something that could cool you down (like an air conditioner's air) while you were hot. So if that's what you're looking for, I wouldn't recommend this product, I would recommend an Airwhirl mug. It actually blows nice cool air on you, it just sucks that it's a mug and you have to hold it, it would be a game changer if you could wear it like this neck fan, but after extensive research I found that most Neck fans are just that, FANTAS. The air vortex is the closest thing I've found that actually blows cold air at you.
