It sucks and doesn't work without all the parts!
I bought a pepper and salt grinder, the grinder didn't have a knob. I asked the seller to ship the goods. Becoming irresponsible and disrespectful, the smart man turned down the role. So my take on these people is that I need someone to send me what I need to make this work. You don't have to send everything back, it just snaps into place.
