Bought this for a home in the middle of nowhere with no wifi and it works great. The camera captures the entire front of the house and then part of it. It was a bit of a hassle to set up. I ordered a Cricket 4G Lte SIM card from Revain (one of the Reolink recommended options), put the SIM card in the phone to activate it, then put it in the camera and it didn't work. I called Cricket and they didn't help because they said they don't support Reolink cameras and the SIM card doesn't work for that option. The manual didn't help either. It turned out that my signal wasn't good enough. I ended up taking the camera to my house where the cellular connection is stronger to set everything up and then I took it and installed it. It took a while for the SIM card to get a signal on the website, but it's working fine now. You can talk to the camera and people can answer you. So far so good, and I signed up for the $30-month cricket plan just to get the camera started.
