Good: The ball joint is easy to tighten and easy to loosen. Stays in place after tightening. In addition, the design of the locking and unlocking is excellent. Much better than the "carnations" that were on the original. Not so good: I removed the protective film from the suction cup, leaving a purple, "dusty" and very smooth suction cup. I'm used to sticky gel pads but this one has no stickiness at all. Unfortunately, without a quality suction cup, this product is useless. What I also don't like is the fact that you have to press the button multiple times to expand the sides of the device holder. All in all: It's a comeback.
