I've had the bag for a few months now. It was extremely helpful for transporting college textbooks and my laptop. It was raining down on me, but the inside of my bag wasn't wet. The bag has many pockets for pens, white items, books, laptops, cosmetics, toothbrush, toothpaste and more. The bag is spacious and looks very high quality. The fact that it locks is another plus, no noisy people climbing into your bag. But if it does, it's loud enough that you can hear your bag being opened. The only negative is that part of my bag came loose. But it's easy to put it back in your pocket. I'm pretty sure what it's called. But I gave you a picture. In general, the back is comfortable, beautiful and reliable. I was very skeptical of the reviews but so far mine is good, I've had it since March 2018. I'll keep you posted and happy shopping.
