The ottoman was supplied without the hardware needed to attach the legs so was completely non-functional. I was very disappointed that I had to send it back because it was really beautiful but impossible to use. It literally had holes in the bottom of the ottoman and screws coming out of the legs and there was nothing to screw the legs to so they were very loose and couldn't even support the weight of the ottoman let alone any features. use. The instructions said to screw the legs into the holes in the floor, but there was literally only one hole - bigger than screws, and there really wasn't anything to screw in. Those were definitely the missing parts.
