I bought two of these racks. Both had the same defect: the RGB lighting at the base only lit up on one side and only 1/3 on the adjacent side. The other side was not lit. Also, one of the USB-C cables got stuck in the middle of the plastic or rubber connector and couldn't be plugged in to connect the charging dock to a power source. I had to use a different cable from a different stand to test and power on. If it weren't for these flaws, I wouldn't immediately repackage it to send back to Revain. Also, I wouldn't risk exchanging them for an identical product as I would expect that if two are faulty, many others will be too. You don't have to risk getting stuck in an infinite loop. I'll have to find another brand that hopefully works properly.
