After checking all the bike frame adaptors, we went ahead and purchased this one. It's works perfectly. We used it with a Hollywood Expedition Rack for 2 bikes. We have a Felt women's beach cruiser and the adaptor fit without problem between the seat post and handlebars. If there was any issue with the adaptor it would have been that on one side we had to put not the plain bar but the actual pin connector part into the bike rack holder.
